About

Painting is my soul’s language. I paint, so my spirit is quiet; then I listen.

I like to think of myself as a teacher and a painter of love, love for the sunlight shining on the forest, love for the magic of wind, love for mysteries of life, and love for deep connection between two including the connection with my children and friends.

It wasn’t always that way...

It was a long journey before I fully embraced the artist within. I fall into the trap of shutting down my artist’s call several times to fit into the status quo. Even though I studied Fine Arts, taught at different international schools around the world, and traveled a lot learning about other cultures in real time thanks to my teaching job, there was a moment in which I couldn’t stand anymore the rigidity of the system. I felt my call was meant to teach and do art beyond the walls of the academy.

Art from the heart. Art that heals.

Over the years I discovered that the greatest challenge of being an artist comes from the inside. It is a terrible battle with the inner judge (self-criticism) and the fear of making mistakes, fear of showing up who you really are, fear of rejection, fear of letting go, fear of connecting with the inner soul, fear of putting ourselves out with vulnerability so, following my intuition, I dedicated myself to study and develop strategies to overcome these nasty blocks and my journey into the world of personal development started.

I realized that more than teaching the technical aspects of art making I was teaching how to overcome fear, develop self-confidence, and loosen up. That’s how I developed this powerful method to loosen up, love your paintings, and feel extremely happy and connected with your practice no matter what.

The most powerful artworks in the world come from the heart, not from the mind.
