Everything you need to know about collecting, shipping, and caring for your artwork.
Are the artworks original?
Yes. Every original painting is a one-of-a-kind artwork created and signed by Cynthia Mora. Once an original is sold, it will never be reproduced as another original painting.
What are Fine Art Prints?
Fine Art Prints are limited-edition reproductions of selected original artworks, carefully produced on fine art paper or canvas using high-quality materials chosen to preserve the character and beauty of the original work. Each edition is signed and individually numbered by the artist and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Will my artwork include a Certificate of Authenticity?
Original artworks include a Certificate of Authenticity. When a Fine Art Edition includes a certificate or edition documentation, this will be specified on its product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Artwork is shipped from Costa Rica and carefully prepared in the studio for its journey to its new home. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Depending on your country, import duties, taxes, or other local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Some individually produced Fine Art Editions may require additional preparation time.
What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery at studio@cynthiam-art.com and include photographs of both the artwork and the packaging. We will personally assist you.
Can I commission an original artwork?
Yes. Selected commissions are accepted throughout the year. If you have a particular idea, space, or story you would like to explore through an original artwork, please contact the studio to begin the conversation.
How should I care for my artwork?
Keep your artwork away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and extreme temperature changes. Specific care recommendations may vary depending on the materials and surface of the piece.
Can you help me choose a work for my space?
Absolutely. Choosing art is personal. If you are considering a piece and would like guidance regarding scale, placement, or how it might live within your space, contact the studio. We will be happy to assist you personally.
